When something breaks, is missing, or is unclear, tell Cogno from the screen you are on. One form takes a problem, a request, or a question; a confirmation email arrives on your account’s address, and every reply from the team lands on that same thread.

Where to find it

Send a report

1

Open the form

Select Report in Settings → Account → Support, or Not working? Report it on the screen that failed.
2

Pick what it is about

Choose Problem, Request, or Question from the first dropdown, or leave Not sure. The choice is a hint for the reader and does not change where the report goes.
3

Describe what happened

Write what you were trying to do and what happened instead. This is the only required field.
4

Add screenshots (optional)

Drop images onto the dashed Screenshots box, paste them into the text box, or click the box to choose files. Up to 3 PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF images of 5 MB each. They are attached to the confirmation email.
5

Check the reply address

Reply to is filled with your account email. Edit it to receive replies elsewhere for this report.
6

Review what is sent, then send

Expand What is sent with this report to see the context Cogno attaches, then select Send.

What is sent with the report

The form shows this list before you send. Cogno attaches: Your account identifies you; the form does not ask for your name or email.

After you send

  • A confirmation email with the report id in its subject arrives at the reply address.
  • Someone on the team reads the report and replies on that email thread.
  • To add details, another screenshot, or a follow-up, reply to that email. Do not open a second report for the same issue.
The confirmation says the team will reply; it does not promise a response time.
