TL;DR
Codex on Cogno credits
Business workspaces with Cogno credits can run Codex without anyone’s own Codex sign-in. The model picker lists Codex with the Cogno mark first, above Claude Code and your own Codex, and its one model is Optimized model. It runs on this computer and in Cloud.- Credits pay for Codex only. Claude always uses a member’s own Claude account.
- A conversation keeps the agent it started on. Picking another agent’s model starts a new conversation in the same working copy.
- Settings → Billing shows what is left, what has been used, every run that used credits, and when the earliest credits expire. Credits expire 6 months after they are granted.
- Credit runs are processed on Amazon Bedrock and may be processed outside Japan. Every Business purchase screen says so next to its button.
Computer use on your Mac
Cogno Desktop now includes computer use on Apple silicon Macs. Agents running on that Mac can read windows, click and type in its apps without an extra install, and they do not take over your pointer. Cogno needs Accessibility and Screen Recording under System Settings → Privacy & Security. When an agent clicks, a faint ripple marks the spot. To watch a cursor instead, choose Black or Silver under Settings → Preferences → Computer use.More than one Codex account
Add separate Codex sign-ins on a computer and choose one for each Task. See Choose a Codex account. Claude and Codex accounts can now also be switched in the Windows and Linux Desktop apps. Also in this release
- On a Mac with a notch, a new question or approval addressed to you opens on its own, even when the Task belongs to someone else.
- Onboarding sets up this computer first, then Cloud, and connects an agent account straight from its button.
- While you type an invite, the preview shows each teammate with a pixel icon.
- Closing the chat no longer overlaps the Actions tab and the Task name.
