Prices are listed on each plan and service page. (Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude tax.) Because the Service is a "provision of telecommunications-based services to business customers" by a foreign business operator, Genaxis, Inc. does not charge Japanese consumption tax. Business customers in Japan account for it under the reverse-charge mechanism (customers whose taxable sales ratio is 95% or higher are exempt from that filing under the transitional measure). Please confirm the final tax treatment with your own tax advisor.

Internet connection fees, data communication fees, and any related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Credit card payment (via Stripe) Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

For credit card payments, charges are processed immediately at the time of purchase. For subscription services, payments will be automatically charged on each renewal date.

The service becomes available immediately after payment is completed.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not accept returns or refunds once the service has been provided.

No refunds are available for cancellations during the contract period. You may cancel your subscription up to one day before the next renewal date to prevent future charges.

The service supports the latest versions of major browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Some features may be limited depending on your internet connection or browser settings.

Service content, pricing, and terms may be changed without prior notice. For corporate contracts or invoice-based payments, the terms stated in the relevant contract or invoice will take precedence.
