At a glance
Connect Notion to give Cogno read access to your team’s knowledge base — the pages and databases you choose to share. Cogno reads them; it never edits your Notion content.
Before you start
- You can open Settings in the target workspace.
- You’re signed in to the Notion account whose pages you want to share.
Connect Notion in Cogno
1
Open the Notion integration
Open Integrations and find Notion.
2
Authorize Notion
Click Connect. Cogno opens Notion’s authorization screen in a new window. Choose which pages and databases to share, then approve.
3
Confirm the connection
Back in Cogno, the Connection section shows your Notion workspace.
Choose which pages Cogno can see
The Connected pages section lists the pages and databases you’ve shared, each tagged Page, Database, or Data source with its last-edited date, and shows when Cogno last synced them (Last synced — or Not synced yet). Two actions live in the ⋯ menu on the connection row:- Sync pages re-reads your shared content from Notion — refreshing takes a few seconds.
- Change pages reopens Notion’s authorization screen so you can adjust what you share.
Cogno reads only the pages and databases you explicitly share. Sharing is managed on Notion’s side during authorization.
